Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans and drawings for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecom.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within 50 miles of the assigned site.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security projects for data centers and expansions.
• Manage project lifecycle: specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor management, budget, change orders, close-out.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Coordinate with customer teams and internal stakeholders for acceptance and readiness.
• Provide weekly updates to the Security Program Manager Team Lead.
