• 5+ years of project management or construction management experience.
• Familiar with design, construction software, and reading plans for architectural, electrical, and civil systems.
• Strong writing and presentation skills; ability to learn complex security systems quickly.
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of the site; U.S. citizen required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security projects for data centers and related facilities.
• Manage project lifecycle: specifications, drawings, code compliance, vendor mgmt, budgets, and close-out docs.
• Oversee contract execution, QA/QC, and support processes.
• Serve as SME for security design and installation contracts; coordinate across teams.
• Provide weekly updates to the Security Program Manager Team Lead.
