Actalent is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support large-scale data center construction projects. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, analyzing schedule performance and delays, supporting project controls, and providing accurate reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• Data center construction experience.
• Ability to independently develop and manage detailed construction schedules.
• Experience performing forensic schedule analysis on construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling and logic-driven schedules.
• Experience with cost and schedule analysis, estimate validation, and project controls.
• Knowledge of construction document control and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, logic-driven construction schedules.
• Manage monthly schedule updates and project progress reporting.
• Collect, integrate, and report key schedule data.
• Perform forensic schedule and critical path analysis.
• Review contractor and project schedules for validity, labor productivity, and critical path delays.
• Support design verification activities and construction site walks.
• Monitor scope changes and impacts to cost and schedule.
• Mentor junior scheduling team members.
