Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler in the United States to lead baseline development with contractors and monitor schedule health. You will work with the construction team and GC partners to implement best practices, build data-driven reports, and ensure on-time delivery across projects.

The role requires 10 years in construction scheduling, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or engineering.
• 10 years' experience in construction scheduling including schedule development and analysis.
• PSP or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead baseline establishment with general contractors.
• Review GC schedules to identify concerns with mitigation focus.
• Develop monthly internal reports and communicate schedule risks.
• Create what-if scenarios to influence decisions.
• Develop high-level internal schedules ensuring timely capacity.
• Implement scheduling best practices and drive standardization.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; communicate schedule health to stakeholders.
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to teams.
• Coordinate with preconstruction, design, supply chain, and PM to plan projects.
