Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Scheduler with deep data center scheduling expertise. You will craft detailed schedules through all capital phases, coordinate with design, procurement, and cost teams, and lead a remote consultant team.

Expect 25% monthly travel, ownership of baselining and recovery planning, and a focus on phased delivery, commissioning, and client engagement. Join a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data center construction scheduling or PM.
• Advanced proficiency in scheduling software incl. P6; MS Project experience required.
• Ability to develop WBS, logic sequencing, resource loading, and baselining.

Mansioni

• Create detailed project schedules across all capital project phases.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of consultants.
• Coordinate with design, cost, and procurement teams.
• Maintain baselines; manage updates and progress in real time.
• Identify critical path delays and propose recovery plans.
