Job summary

FourFive Partners is seeking a Senior Scheduler for on-site roles across the USA. Lead scheduling for hyperscale data center projects, coordinating with executives, engineers, and trade partners to develop integrated CPM schedules aligned with complex MEP installations and turnover milestones.

You will manage baselines, progress, and forecasts, support lean scheduling, and prepare executive-level reports for leadership and clients. On-site collaboration with multiple locations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Direct data center or advanced tech project experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of CPM scheduling principles and critical path methodology.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling strategy for mission-critical data center projects and manage CPM schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules from preconstruction through turnover.
• Establish baselines, updates, forecasts, and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
