Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to support large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and updating CPM schedules from initiation to closeout, coordinating with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Strong communication and five years of CPM scheduling experience are essential. The ideal candidate will produce reports for the project team, lead update meetings, and host pull planning sessions

Qualifications

• Five years or more of P6 CPM scheduling experience.
• Proficient in resource loading.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops the project schedule using design drawings, contracts, and specifications.
• Incorporates design deliverables and identifies design risk into the schedule.
• Works with material management to align deliveries with installation timeframes.
• Develops and maintains detail to support work execution.
• Performs constructability reviews to validate sequencing and logic.
• Identifies and communicates risk and opportunity.
• Conducts weekly schedule update meetings and updates the project plan.
• Leads pull planning sessions and ensures baseline schedule adherence.
