Amentum is seeking a Director of Sales for Data Center Design & Construction to lead strategic growth and revenue across hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, cloud, and AI markets. You will cultivate executive relationships, guide major pursuits, and align capabilities across engineering, construction, and project delivery.

The role requires a proven track record in securing multi-million dollar projects, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to drive growth in a national, hybrid work

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales and business development experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, engineering, mission-critical infra, or data center industries.
• Proven ability to secure and manage large projects valued >$100M.
• Established industry network within data center, engineering, construction, or digital infra sectors.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and market growth strategies aligned with Amentum's objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and secure opportunities in data center, mission-critical, and digital infra sectors.
• Establish and maintain executive-level client relationships; lead complex sales pursuits from ID to award.
• Monitor market trends, represent Amentum at industry events, and provide strategic market insights.
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization with clear metrics and growth plans.
