• Own and evolve the DEC risk management framework for Meta's global DC portfolio: taxonomy, escalation criteria, and governance structure.
• Build systematic early-warning processes that surface schedule, cost, and programmatic risks on a 24-month look-ahead horizon using leading indicators across procurement, design maturity, labor, permitting, and supply chain.
• Identify cross-site signals of risk exposure and assess correlation and compounding effects across campuses, regions, or programs.
