Qualifications

• 10+ years in private equity, investments or infrastructure with data center or power focus.
• Financial structuring, investment analysis, and infrastructure asset experience.
• Track record delivering large capital projects with complex structures.
• Strategic thinker with influence across executives.
• Analytical problem-solving in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for structuring, negotiating, and executing complex investment partnerships.
• Grow and lead partnerships program for future data center capacity growth.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, construction, finance and legal on strategic plans.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis for investments.
• Build governance around partnership arrangements.
• Develop long-term relationships with third-party partners.
• Interface with global investment and infrastructure community to meet needs.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (25%+).
