Job summary

Hanwha Energy USA is seeking a Business Development & Planning Associate to advance its data center initiatives. You will coordinate day-to-day project activities, track deliverables, and support budgeting and management reporting, working with affiliates and cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will help prepare management updates, consolidate inputs for annual plans, and assist with approvals, data rooms, and due diligence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business planning, consulting, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating assignments involving multiple teams and following deliverables through to completion.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear written summaries, presentations, and actionable next steps.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize data and perform basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project execution: Translate priorities into action plans with owners, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain project visibility: Keep schedules and logs current; identify dependencies and delays.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Hanwha affiliates and partners.
• Support business planning and budgeting: Consolidate inputs into annual plans and budgets; track variances.
• Prepare management reporting: Draft presentations and project updates with progress, budgets, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate internal approvals: Maintain schedules and assemble materials for development reviews.
• Support transaction readiness: Coordinate data-room updates and due diligence schedules.
