Job summary

Hanwha Energy USA seeks a Senior Manager of Site Selection to identify, evaluate, and deliver new data center sites across the United States. Lead the process from identification through acquisition and early-stage development with cross-functional teams.

You will assess power, zoning, and regulatory factors, support lease negotiations with Real Estate and Legal, and manage a high-volume deal pipeline to ensure accurate data and timely progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center site selection, infrastructure development, or related real estate.
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets, utility infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent deals and communicating complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate data center opportunities across U.S. markets, conducting due diligence on power, zoning, and regulatory factors.
• Support lease negotiations and commercial structuring in partnership with Real Estate and Legal.
• Manage high-volume project pipelines, track deal progression, and ensure data integrity.
