Job summary

MGAC in Lima, Ohio seeks a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost) to lead critical environments projects from design through closeout.

The role emphasizes cost control, client partnership, and cross-functional leadership to deliver high-visibility data center and hospital projects on schedule and within budget. Local on-site presence is required to support client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction project management.
• 2+ years managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while handling components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, overseeing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Coordinate invoicing, collections, and add-services opportunities.
• Engage with clients, A&E pros, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams.
• Identify risks; resolve complex challenges and conflicts.
• Gather requirements and assess client needs.
