Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of construction/PM experience.
• Fifteen years in construction is preferred and demonstrates senior leadership capability.

Responsabilités

• Manages all activities for assigned projects including pre-construction, design, construction phasing, closeout, occupancy and warranty for multiple projects.
• Coordinates construction activities with client and vendors and other stakeholders as needed.
• Understands scheduling, milestones, and basic construction means and methods; ensures work aligns with design, budget, schedule and quality.
• Reviews documents, coordinates with project controls, and approves pay applications; tracks field progress and insurances as needed.
