Job summary

Sivadconsulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center construction projects from pursuit through warranty in Waddell, Arizona. This leadership role rewards strategic thinking, strong business development, and exceptional client relationship management.

You will manage one large project or several smaller ones, oversee preconstruction through closeout, budgets, schedules, safety, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience managing complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong financial, contractual, and operational decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Lead marketing and business development efforts.
• Drive pursuit strategies for proposals and interviews.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Manage large-scale or multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and warranty.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, quality, and safety across projects.
• Review and negotiate owner change orders and subcontract agreements.
• Mentor and develop project team members.
