Job summary

T5 Data Centers seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead and manage data center construction and commissioning projects. You will coordinate design, construction, and operations teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report to executives on project status.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of project management experience in construction or data centers, with proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and CAD/Visio. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years Project Management experience required.
• Construction industry experience preferred, Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project meetings with design, construction and commissioning firms
• Manage budgets and schedules
• Feasibility studies and cash flow management
• On site management of data center projects
• Interface with customers to ensure critical infrastructure integrity
• Interface with T5 operations team
• Executive level reporting
• Business development
