Job summary

You will drive pre-development planning, scheduling, design coordination, cost control, commissioning and stakeholder communications across design, development, finance, marketing and sales teams.

This hands-on role requires strategic thinking and leadership of cross‑functional teams, with rigorous risk management and meticulous budget

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center or critical construction.
• Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence with consulting teams to assess site feasibility and risks.
• Develop and manage RFPs, budgets, and master schedule.
• Coordinate design management and value engineering to align with goals.
• Maintain master schedule, milestone tracking, and risk reviews.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Lead construction management, BIM coordination, site inspections, and meetings.
• Oversee commissioning, punch lists, and turnover to operations.
• Ensure closeout documentation and post-occupancy processes.
