Related Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction to lead projects from concept to turnover. The role is based full-time in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and requires coordinating with design, development, finance, marketing and sales teams to manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality across all phases.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide due diligence for onboarding consulting teams and evaluating sites for feasibility, risks, and constraints.
Develop and manage RFPs for consultant selection; oversee interviews and final recommendations.
Maintain a comprehensive project directory and communication plan; manage master budget and schedule.
Lead design coordination, resolve design review comments, and identify constructability risks.
Maintain the master schedule; address delays and propose corrective actions.
Develop project reports and track action items and decisions.
Lead negotiations with General Contractors; oversee BIM coordination, inspections, and meetings.
Oversee budgets, invoices, claims, change orders, and procurement of long-lead items.
Manage commissioning activities, start-up, testing, and issue resolution.
Oversee closeout, final inspections, and delivery of turnover documentation.
