Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or Master's preferred) in Engineering.
• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera.
• Industry experience with Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Industry experience with Data Centers preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the Project Team to achieve successful completion with TEi, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Compile and present monthly budget reconciliations to executive management.
• Ensure alignment with the baseline schedule.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact on objectives.
• Deliver regular updates on progress to TEi stakeholders and clients.
• Act as liaison between TEi and the customer.
• Oversee change order process to verify scope changes and enhance revenue.
