Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Senior Project Manager for Data Centers within its Project & Development Services group in Kansas City. You will manage complex Design and Construction projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive successful project outcomes across the portfolio.

The role requires seniority in CRE project management, strong leadership, and a disciplined approach to project controls and budget management. A competitive package reflects market norms for the region.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Design and Construction industries.
• 7+ years in Commercial Real Estate Project Management.
• Experience with Ground Up and Build-To-Suit projects, renovations, repurposing.
• Experience with advanced project controls (P3/Primavera) and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client representative for engagements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Bridge communication between Cushman & Wakefield, third-party partners and clients.
• Oversee and be accountable for successful project delivery meeting client requirements.
• Foster cross-business collaboration to benefit clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all engagements.
