Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Data Center Senior Project Manager to oversee all facets of large hyperscale data center construction, manage costs, field labor, and subcontractors, and deliver on schedule and within budget. You will ensure compliance with laws, lead meetings, negotiate agreements, and coordinate QA/QC, BIM integration, and financial setup.

The role requires extensive PM experience in large-scale data centers, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask across multiple ongoing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large ($50+M) hyperscale data center construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-versed in industry competitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment with site planning, hazard analysis, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Conduct and document project meetings (Kick-Off, Hand-Off) with stakeholders.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor/subcontractor agreements aligned with project estimates.
• Evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawings and specs.
• Coordinate QA/QC with responsible personnel to meet requirements.
• Coordinate project scope through BIM Department with QC support.
• Perform financial setup for equipment, labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Conduct monthly cost reviews and communicate deviations to leadership.
• Manage AR/AP to ensure timely billings and collections.
• Coordinate lien waivers, notices, tax documents, and permits.
• Ensure budget and scope alignment through change management.
• Attend jobsites, schedule deliveries, track progress, and manage RFIs and inspections.
• Build strong relationships with team, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor risk management items, notices, contracts, insurance, and bonds.
• Oversee close-out docs like manuals, start-up docs, as-built files, and warranties.
• Manage warranty work within contractual obligations.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with all parties to ensure timely compliance.
• Note: 50+ hour work weeks.
