Qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale data center construction.
• 5+ years in mechanical design/PM, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, materials, and financial management.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment with site planning and toolbox talks.
• Ensure project delivery from inception through closure within budget and schedule.
• Negotiate vendor and subcontractor agreements aligned with estimates.
• Coordinate QA/QC and ensure contract drawings reflect specs.
• Manage financial setup, cost reviews, and cash flow.
• Oversee payables/receivables and lien waivers with risk control.
• Coordinate start-up, commissioning, and close-out documents.
• Lead demanding weeks with 50+ hour workloads when required.
