Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale hyperscale data center projects, manage costs, field labor, and subcontractors, and ensure a safe, on-time delivery under budget.

You will coordinate with operations, finance, and vendors, conduct meetings, track progress, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements while building strong internal and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large ($50+M) hyperscale data center construction.
• Strong budget management and cost control abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership of large on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, secure work environment through site planning and toolbox talks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate vendor/subcontractor agreements.
• Manage project financial setup: equipment, labor, materials, and subcontracts.
• Track cost deviations and keep leadership informed to beat schedule and budget.
