Qualifications

• Experience in hyperscale data center construction.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, field and financial performance, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and lead site planning with hazard analyses, toolbox talks, and site walks.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements and conduct project meetings.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in line with project estimates and reflect contract drawings.
• Evaluate submittals to ensure alignment with contract drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities to meet project requirements and manage the Building Information Management coordination.
• Manage project budgets, cost setup, invoicing, and change management to meet schedule and financial goals.
• Close-out documents including O&M manuals, start-up docs, warranties, and owner training.
