Job summary

Cumming Group in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and critical infrastructure construction from planning through turnover. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, procurement, contractor performance, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 7+ years of managing data center or mission-critical projects, with strong MEP, budgeting, scheduling and QA/QC expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
7+ years leading data center or mission-critical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, budgeting, scheduling, QA/QC and contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of project delivery from planning to closeout.
Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets and risk strategies.
Coordinate among clients, engineering teams, contractors, QA/QC and commissioning.
Oversee MEP, quality, safety, testing and commissioning activities.
Support procurement: RFPs, bid evaluation, contractor selection and contracts.
Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
