Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring a team.
• Experience in commercial construction for a general contractor.
• Experience in senior living or similar construction types is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams.
• Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Manage project budget and expenses.
• Implement quality control and assurance measures.
