Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience leading and developing a team, and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of senior living and student housing construction preferred.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
