Project Manager in Rayville, LA to lead the delivery of complex network infrastructure and structured cabling projects in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in data centers or construction management, with responsibility for schedules, budgets, and high-level client engagements from pre-construction through delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• BICSI RCDD certification required.
• Telecommunications certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects, ensuring targets for schedule, cost, functionality, quality, and safety are met.
• Drive the entire project lifecycle including conceptual development, estimating, scheduling, resource acquisition, and implementation.
• Evaluate proposed materials and products during pre-construction for constructability, feasibility, and value engineering.
• Manage project financials, including budget estimates, cost tracking, progress reports, invoicing, and change processes.
• Prepare, negotiate, and administer contracts and revisions with designers, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Direct labor requirements and supervise on-site team members, including recruiting, training, and mentoring project staff.
• Act as the primary company liaison for clients to maintain high satisfaction and collaborative environments.
• Oversee the Safety & Environment program, QA programs, and material logistics for all sites.
• Proactively communicate program status, risks, and corrective actions to stakeholders.
• Maintain the project management playbook, completing weekly and monthly reporting and financial projections.
