Job summary

Leapros, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Project Manager for Mission Critical Construction in Madera, CA. You will lead large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through closeout, focusing on structural steel and PEMB systems, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, GC background, and proficiency in Sage 300, MS Project, and MS Office. OSHA-30 and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of PM experience managing large commercial/industrial projects.
• Experience managing large-scale construction from GC perspective.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel and PEMB construction.
• Design-Build project experience; high-value facility work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of large-scale mission critical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, progress billings, invoices, and changes.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, field supervision, vendors, owners, and design teams.
• Review contracts and drawings to ensure scope aligns with design requirements.
• Manage owner contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and multiple subs.
• Develop and monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery with safety and quality.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, permits, and QC protocols.
• Identify challenges and resolve issues while maintaining budget.
• Oversee punch lists and final turnover to facility owner.
