Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or construction management as required.
• 12–18 years of experience; hyperscale data center experience required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements
• Verifies the accuracy of project financial forecast, notice provisions, and billings to meet contract requirements and resolve potential claims and deviations
• Leads and oversees design and construction activities for complex projects
• Develops networking strategies and partners with business development
• Mentors and coaches team members to achieve performance targets
