Job summary

Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Project Executive - Data Center to lead a large project team or multiple small teams, guiding overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes. The role is primarily on-site with some travel for trainings and meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of field construction experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Construction Management, and hyperscale data center project experience, with strong technical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10–15 years of field construction experience.
• Previous hyperscale data center project experience is required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads a single large project team or multiple small project teams to guide direction, completion, and financial outcome.
• Sits primarily on the job site with occasional travel to the office for trainings and meetings.
• Ensures safety, contract compliance, and quality plans on the project.
• Directs and coordinates project administration, engineers, and superintendents to meet schedule and budget objectives.
• Drives risk management, subcontracting strategy, and buyout processes at project level.
