Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center, industrial, and manufacturing projects across OE, EPCM, and Design-Build delivery. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, contracts, and risk, while serving as the client's advocate and delivering complex programs for hyperscale owners and advanced manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• 5 years PM experience on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects.
• Fluency across OE, EPCM, or Design-Build; able to articulate delivery structure and risk allocation.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project) and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration and risk register.
• Lead schedule development, critical path analysis, and recovery planning across multi-discipline milestones.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams from concept through construction administration; chair weekly meetings.
• Represent the client's interests during design review, RFIs, submittals, and construction observation; manage documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact; manage executive dashboards and support BD pursuits.
