Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center, mission-critical, and industrial facilities across OE, EPCM, and Design-Build delivery. You will manage scopes, budgets, schedules, risk, and client communications, coordinating Civil, Structural, MEP, and process teams from concept through construction.

The role requires 12–15 years of PM experience on complex facilities, with strong knowledge of data center programs and earned value reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 12-15 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• 5 years demonstrated PM experience on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects as PM — not solely as project engineer or support PM.
• Fluency across OE, EPCM, or Design-Build; ability to articulate delivery structure, risk allocation, and team coordination model.
• Proficiency in project controls tools P6 or MS Project (scheduling), cost tracking systems, and earned value reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, and risk register.
• Manage budgets and subcontract scopes; track earned value and cost-to-completion.
• Lead project schedule development in P6 or MS Project; drive critical path and recovery planning.
• Administer prime contracts and subconsultant agreements; manage change orders.
• Coordinate multi-discipline teams; chair design coordination meetings.
• Represent the client in design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and construction observation.
