Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center, industrial and manufacturing programs across OE, EPCM, and Design-Build delivery. This role supports a hybrid work model in the United States with a base salary range of $134,500 to $185,000, depending on location and experience.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, drive risk and change control, and maintain strong client relationships with hyperscale owners and fabricators.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• 5 years PM experience on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects.
• Fluency across OE, EPCM, or Design-Build delivery; ability to articulate delivery structure and risk.
• Proficiency in project controls tools scheduling and earned value reporting.
• Experience with hyperscale cloud or semiconductor programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration, and risk register.
• Lead schedule development in P6 or MS Project and manage critical path across milestones.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams and chair design coordination and BIM meetings.
• As Owner's Engineer, represent the client's interests through design review, RFI response, submittal processing, and construction observation.
• Interface with hyperscale owner/operator technical teams on design criteria and program reporting.
• Quality, Safety & Commissioning; enforce QA/QC and safety reviews.
• Champion Jacobs BeyondZero safety culture and review safety plans.
• Serve as primary client point of contact; manage executive-level communications and dashboards.
