Job summary

Linesight in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex data center programs, coordinating multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as the primary client interface, delivering strategic leadership and ensuring alignment across schedule, cost, risk, and change management.

The role requires proven PM or Senior PM experience on large-scale projects, a background in data centers, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to perform in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager on large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale, colocation, or mission-critical environments).
• Excellent understanding of project and programme controls (schedule, cost, and risk).
• Experience working in a client-side or consultancy environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate confidently in fast-track, high-pressure environments.
• Professional certifications (PMP, APM, RICS, etc.) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex data center programs with multiple projects.
• Act as the primary client interface, building relationships and providing strategic leadership.
• Oversee governance, controls, reporting, and assurance.
• Coordinate schedule, cost, risk, and change across the programme.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including project controls specialists.
• Drive reporting standards and best practices.
• Identify programme risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement, contracting strategy, and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage dependencies between design, construction, and commissioning.
• Provide clear reporting to senior client stakeholders and leadership.
