Job summary

Linesight in Dallas, TX is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex data center programs, interfacing with clients and delivering governance, cost and schedule controls across multiple projects.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage dependencies between design, construction and commissioning, and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders while maintaining high delivery standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong background delivering data center projects (hyperscale/colocation).
• Excellent understanding of schedule, cost and risk controls.
• Experience in client-side or consultancy environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to perform in fast-track, high-pressure settings.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/APM/RICS) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex data center programs with multiple projects.
• Act as primary client interface, building strong relationships.
• Oversee governance, controls, reporting and assurance.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk and change management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of PMs, cost managers and controls specialists.
• Drive delivery standards, best practices and reporting consistency.
• Identify program-level risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement, contracting strategy and stakeholder coordination.
• Manage dependencies between design, construction and commissioning.
• Provide concise reporting to senior client stakeholders.
