Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with cost management or scheduling in the data centre sector.
• Strong client-facing meetings and leadership experience.
• chartered or equivalent with RICS membership is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the data centre team.
• Develop client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply scheduling/planning experience to deliverables within contract performance.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve top performance.
• Lead the team to deliver high-quality client value.
