Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a senior program manager to lead large, multi-MW data center projects from concept through turnover. You will steer strategy, governance, and commercial outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.

You will provide executive reporting, manage cost controls, and drive value engineering to maintain availability. Strong PMP/CCM credentials and 15+ years in construction mgmt are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management with 8+ years in mission-critical/data center projects.
• Expert-level knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning sequences, redundancy topologies, and critical path scheduling.
• Proven success delivering accelerated multi-MW projects or programs to budget and schedule.
• Mastery of project cost controls and scheduling tools; strong client-facing communication.
• Preferred familiarity with Uptime Institute Tier, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set program strategy and governance; align scope, budget, schedule, and Tier goals.
• Build and mentor PM teams; coordinate with Superintendents for turnover milestones.
• Provide executive KPI reporting on cost, schedule, risk, quality, and readiness for IT load.
• Oversee cost planning, cashflow, buyout strategy, and contingency management.
• Drive value engineering without compromising availability.
• Manage enterprise-level cost controls across multiple projects.
