Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead high-scale data center initiatives from concept through turnover. You will set strategy, govern the program, and ensure alignment of scope, budget, schedule, and Tier resiliency goals across stakeholders.

You will build and mentor PM teams, coordinate with Superintendents for sequencing, and provide executive reporting on KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction management with 8+ years in mission-critical/data center projects.
• Mastery of project controls and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Set program strategy and governance across multiple MW-scale data center projects.
• Mentor PM teams and coordinate with field Superintendents.
• Provide executive KPI reporting on cost, schedule, quality, and readiness for IT load.
• Oversee procurement, GMP development, cashflow, and contingency management.
• Drive value engineering while maintaining availability.
• Manage external partners and AHJ stakeholders.
