Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up data center project in Monroe, LA. You will oversee the project team, monitor general contractors, ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s standards.

With a BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field and 8+ years of PM or construction management experience, you will manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships; data center experience is highly

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships
Data center experience highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead a project team on large projects or a program.
Define technical scope of the project.
Promote opportunities for repeat business through effective coordination and communication.
Review cost estimates.
Manage project-level conflict resolution.
Maintain monthly project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
Provide client reports on progress (monthly/weekly/daily).
Achieve client objectives by successfully managing project goals and outcomes.
Attend work during normal business hours.
