Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data center estimating experience with WSFO/TFO and capacity recapture preferred.
• Degree in Construction Cost Management or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 15 years of estimating/cost control experience with MEP and ASC cost elements.
• Experience establishing standards/programs across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate RFP/RFQ documents to understand project requirements.
• Read, interpret, and assess construction design documents for accuracy.
• Participate in site walks to gain knowledge of scope and constructability.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies during scope creation.
• Generate ROM and formal estimates for prospective projects.
• Assist in developing proposal documents for bidding processes.
• Maintain bid documents for reference after awards.
• Develop supplier/subcontractor relationships to support success.
• Host project kickoff meetings for smooth handoffs.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier submittal processes in preconstruction.
• Identify additional revenue opportunities for the organization.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and finance.
• Support management and mentorship within the preconstruction team.
