You will lead bid pricing, quantify labor, equipment and materials, establish schedules, and coordinate with owners, consultants and management to deliver competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or trade experience in related field.
• Gold Seal certification in estimating.
• 12 years of cost estimating experience with onsite preferred.
• Proven track record leading pursuits up to $250 million.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contract docs to prepare bids for large projects (hard bid, lump sum, design-build).
• Develop critical path schedule with milestones to meet deadlines.
• Perform full quantity takeoffs for labor, equipment and materials.
• Lead pricing of general expenses and project-specific requirements.
• Coordinate tender development and client submissions and reviews.
