Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in New Albany, OH is seeking an experienced Project Manager IV to lead a large-scale, multi-site data center program. You will act as the on-site liaison between the Design Project Lead and stakeholders, coordinating across construction teams, landlords, and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires deep data center design and delivery experience, strong permitting knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication. On-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in design management, project management, or construction project delivery.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in data center design or delivery.
• Experience as on-site project liaison or owner's representative coordinating teams, landlords, design consultants, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing RFIs, submittals, and design coordination processes.
• Experience navigating local jurisdictions, permitting, entitlement processes, and regulatory approvals.
• Strong understanding of design and construction lifecycles, schedule management, change control, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week in New Albany, OH.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative, coordinating daily activities between design teams, construction teams, consultants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee design and construction activities across multiple interconnected data center projects, including new construction and leased facilities.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, design reviews, and approvals to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with local jurisdictions and municipal authorities to facilitate permitting, entitlements, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor master design schedules, construction milestones, and vendor dependencies to identify delays and mitigation.
• Track design changes, scope modifications, and change orders with cost/schedule/quality impacts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, construction documents, and project standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and QA personnel to maintain design integrity and construction quality.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliver weekly status reports highlighting progress and risks.
• Coordinate issue resolution across stakeholders and elevate critical matters affecting budget or scope.
• Support construction close-out activities, regulatory compliance, and final project documentation.
• Promote adherence to environmental, health, safety, and sustainability requirements.
