Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager 3 to lead data center projects from planning through start-up. Based in Wisconsin, you will direct scheduling, engineering, field installation and commissioning, while ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

You will interface with customers, contribute to a culture of safety and quality, and mentor junior staff as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Expert project management experience in a technical environment.
• 7–10 years in engineering, field service or project management; 5 years supervisory.
• Strong MS Outlook/Project/Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and IT networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize and direct project activities including engineering and field startup.
• Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule with positive cash flow.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction, safety and quality on all projects.
• Mentor and develop team members as part of a growing PM group.
