Job summary

DSV is seeking a Data Center Supervisor II - Builds/Dock - Overnight M-F 8:00PM-4:30AM in New Albany, USA. You will supervise and coordinate the Support department, forecast schedules, and provide real-time progress updates to clients, while ensuring safety and quality standards across shifts.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3–6 years in material handling with supervisory experience in Data Center Support Operations. Base pay is in the $80k–$90k range annually.

• 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations with supervisory experience.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Support Dept. supervisors.
• Schedules material, training and readiness for Support team functionality.
• Compiles special or routine reports for management regarding financial or operational matters.
• Primary escalation point for any damage, quality, safety, or performance issues.
• Analyzes forecasts to align with the client Hardware Operations team and determine priorities.
• Oversees annual inventory process and ensures accurate stock records.
• Final quality control for all dept. activity prior to handoff to client.
