Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA/New Albany is seeking a Data Center Supervisor II for overnight shifts Monday–Friday 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. You will supervise and coordinate the activities of department supervisors, material handlers, and team leads engaged in shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, delivering, and maintaining records for materials and equipment.

You’ll forecast and schedule all Support dept.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations, with at least 3 years supervisory experience in Data Center Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of dept. supervisors, material handlers, dept. team leads workers engaged in shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, delivering, and maintaining records for materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Forecasts and schedules all Support dept. activity with client, and other supporting contracting agencies.
• Provide management and clients with real-time information on work in progress and any active work stoppages that affect Service Level Agreement.
