DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Center Supervisor II for an overnight shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM) in New Albany, OH. The role supervises the Support department, coordinates scheduling, and ensures accurate records and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior level supervisory position with responsibilities across the Support department.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Generally prefer 3-6 years' experience in material handling operations, with at least 3 years supervisory experience in Data Center Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Support Dept. supervisors and coordinates daily activities.
• Schedules material, training and readiness for the Support team, including standard builds and server-related tasks.
• Produces reports for management on financial or operational matters across shifts and sites.
• Acts as primary escalation point for damage, quality, safety, or performance issues in the Support Dept.
• Analyzes forecasts to align priorities with the local Hardware Operations team.
• Oversees annual inventory process and ensures accurate stock records.
• Ensures safety measures to protect client property and personnel.
• Implements procedures to improve efficiency and standardizes activities across shifts.
