Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–6 years in material handling operations with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in Data Center Support Operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all Support dept. supervisors and coordinates daily activities.
• Schedules material, training, and readiness for server builds and moves.
• Produces routine reports on financial or operational performance.
• Acts as primary escalation point for safety, quality, or performance issues.
• Ensures safety measures and coordinates with clients and vendors.
