Job summary

You will drive strategy, sponsor projects, mentor staff, and own data-center performance in a fast-paced 24/7 environment. You’ll oversee ticket triage, staffing, hardware logistics, and incident response, while pushing for process improvements and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT experience or a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of on-call operations experience in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign trouble tickets to data center technicians.
• Manage performance of diverse teams across locations.
• Recruit and train data technicians to ensure staffing levels.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and 7/24 shift.
• Drive KPIs and metrics for operations.
• Lead large-scale outages and act as call leader.
