Prime Data Centers is seeking a Director of Operations Engineering to lead the technical strategy, reliability programs, and on‑call support for its data-center portfolio in Denver. You will drive root cause analysis, asset reliability, and SOPs, coordinating with CFMs and Chief Engineers to improve uptime and reduce operating costs.

The role requires hands‑on leadership, deep mechanical/electrical knowledge, and the ability to influence across design, construction, and operations teams while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Significant engineering experience in data center or critical facilities.
• Experience leading formal RCAs and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of NFPA/OSHA codes and reliability practices.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a team of operations/reliability engineers for operating sites.
• Serve as senior technical escalation path for complex issues.
• Establish intake, triage, and response model for site engineering requests.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting during critical events and recoveries.
• Oversee RCA program, data review, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and run a portfolio-wide reliability program.
